With Spring here, your wellness routine changes. With the warmer weather, changing temperatures, allergies and seasonal colds, self- care is key. A balanced wellness routine will help maintain your immune system and help calm the mind to flow through the seasons easily.
Touch is key to creating a healthy space in the body through massage and wellness. In a world of internet, cell phones and constant go, a simple touch brings us back into a space of grounding, calm and centering. Here at Metta Wellness we offer different methods of bodywork to find what connects to you.
A blending of different modalities to create a personalized massage for you. This massage flows from gentle stretching, deeper strokes to long flowing techniques all to create the massage you need now.
This massage is calming to the mind and balancing to the body.
Regular massage is shown to help with your overall well-being, calm the mind, boost the immune response and decrease stress.
Each season I blend herbs infused in oils to create balance in the massage, in addition to the herbs, essential oils can be added on an individual bases.
During the summer months, I have a cooling blend of oils, coconut and aloe to cool, hydrate and nourish the system through the hot summer months.

As I continue to focus on my herbs and Ayurveda my goals and focus is on more advanced training
I have completed my Ayurvedic Health Consular program this past spring. I am in the process of furthering my herbal education and Advanced Ayurveda Training.
As I move through this journey and learn and grow, I bring this into my practice everyday.
There is always going to be more ways to learn and bring this back to you.
I'm always looking for ways to live easy and simply. I love to harvest herbs and use them in my cooking.
I love taking, walks and exploring, just being outside.
I enjoy reading and usually it has to do with Ayurveda, herbs and wellness.
I say this to my clients, I have said this in many talks, " I live a lifestyle that emulates what I believe, what I share.
