With Spring here, your wellness routine changes. With the warmer weather, changing temperatures, allergies and seasonal colds, self- care is key. A balanced wellness routine will help maintain your immune system and help calm the mind to flow through the seasons easily.
Every time we give space to self care, we reconnect through spirit and mind. The mind and spirit connect help to bring in calm, peace and strength in self.. Through mediation, breath and gentle body movement we can come into our space while allowing ourselves to settle in.
Class every Sunday 10-11:30am.
These classes can be challenging regardless of your current fitness level.
All ages are welcome, but this is not a kiddie class.

We offer guided mediation along with Pranayama (breathing techniques) and one on one mediation. Taking a deep breath, settling into your space , scanning the body and dropping into a calm space. A regular practice of mediation can help the mind, spirit and body to work in balance, with ease of daily stresses.

Whether your addressing pain, stress or adding to your wellness routine, this is the massage. Give yourself the extra time with a 90min massage to settle in and allow yourself to come in to calm.
Each season I blend herbs infused in oils to create balance in the massage, in addition to the herbs, essential oils can be added on an individual bases.
During the summer months, I have a cooling blend of oils, coconut and aloe to cool, hydrate and nourish the system through the hot summer months.

I have complete my Ayurvedic Health Consular program this past spring. I am in the process of furthering my herbal education and Advanced Ayurveda Training.
As I move through this journey and learn and grow, I bring this into my practice everyday.
There is always going to be more ways to learn and bring this back to you.
I'm always looking for ways to live easy and simply. I love to harvest herbs and use them in my cooking.
I love taking, walks and exploring, just being outside.
I enjoy reading and usually it has to do with Ayurveda, herbs and wellness.
