We offer guided mediation along with one on one mediation. Taking a deep breath, settling into your space , scanning the body and dropping into a calm space. A regular practice of mediation can help the mind, spirit and body to work in balance, with ease of daily stresses.
Known as "mediation in motion", This 6 week course will move through a 16 posture sequence., giving you a base to start your Tai Chi practice. Each week you will expand through movements, breath, mediation and connection to the body, mind and spirit.
This technique was originally taught as part of a martial arts training. Over the years, studies have shown the benefits of this breath and mediation as helpful for calming and bringing the mind into a balanced space.
